Sleep Apnea in children and adults is becoming more prevelant in our society. Regular update & education of patients and primary care physicians is essential. Murali was involved in GP update on OSA, sleep apnea and sleep issues run by Auckland District Health board.
South Pacific ORL Forum

4th South pacific ORL forum in Hawaii
Mr Mahadevan is the convener of the upcoming 4th South pacific ORL forum in Hawaii. This meeting is the combined annual scientific meeting of the New Zealand society of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery, Australian and New Zealand society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and Australian and New Zealand society of Rhinology. This will be one of the biggest gathering of ORL specialist, combining many of the sub specialities within ORL to be held in the south pacific region. Coblation course in Auckland
Mr Mahadevan was recently involved as an invited speaker at the recent coblation course in Auckland. Mr Mahadevan has extensive experience in coblation surgery in both children and adults over the last 10 years. The majority of the coblation surgeries in his practice are for OSA/sleep apnoea related disorders and adult tonsillectomies.
